1. URAW-a state or feeling of regret for not having utilized something or having wasted something. The term is properly used on things.
Example
For wasted food, Bikolanos would say:
1. Dai lamang naURAW su aki sa nawaltak na kakanon (The child did not seem to mind the wasted food)
2. Ngana su pagkaURAW ko sa nadumog na paroy (I felt so bad for the wet grains)

Manungod na tataramon kan URAW: Kanugon-sayang. Halimbawa: Kanugon su nawaltak na kakanon.
